Cleaning Services
Your property will require cleaning on the exit of a tenant. Our chosen cleaners offer a varied level of cleaning to suit your requirements. This can include carpet cleaning etc if required.
Carpets & Flooring
On new build properties you will usually be expected to fit carpets throughout and cushion flooring to the kitchen and bathroom areas. You may also need to change a carpet periodically. We have therefore negotiated discounted prices on a selection of modern floorings and carpets for your convenience with a choice of colours and patterns.
 Window Blinds
You will be expected to provide either curtains or blinds for your property. We have found that blinds and especially vertical blinds can be, light and airy and importantly cost effective to replace and repair. We have negotiated competitive rates for these through our chosen provider.
Gas Safety Inspections
These have to be carried out once a year and a certificate must be provided prior to letting your property. Our gas safety inspectors have given a discount to our clients. From £45.
Plumbers / Electricians
In many properties the landlord will provide basic electrical equipment such as a fridge freezer and washing machine. Should you require any equipment fitting or plumbing this can be done. Our specialists are also on hand for repairs and emergency call outs.
 Decorators
You may wish to redecorate or freshen your property and we therefore have a team of decorators we can recommend.
General Builders
You may from time to time require general repairs to your property and we can therefore advise on local builders which we use.
We may recommend a contractor but unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any work carried out by them on your behalf.
