Let and Rent Collection

This service includes points 1 to 11 above and the following 4 features:

  1. Collect rent as and when due
  2. Forward rent to Landlord by cheque along with statement
  3. Liaise with Inland Revenue for Landlords overseas if necessary
  4. Prepare and serve Section 21 Notice towards end of Tenancy.

Full Management

This service includes all of the above and the following 6 services;

  1. Notify utility companies of change of user
  2. Prepare full inventory of contents and condition of the property
  3. Carry out interim visits and report to Landlord if necessary
  4. Deal with maintenance problems through out the Tenancy
  5. Take meter readings and inform all utility companies
  6. Refund deposit on expiry of Tenancy less any deductions for dilapidations
