Let and Rent Collection
This service includes points 1 to 11 above and the following 4 features:
- Collect rent as and when due
- Forward rent to Landlord by cheque along with statement
- Liaise with Inland Revenue for Landlords overseas if necessary
- Prepare and serve Section 21 Notice towards end of Tenancy.
Full Management
This service includes all of the above and the following 6 services;
- Notify utility companies of change of user
- Prepare full inventory of contents and condition of the property
- Carry out interim visits and report to Landlord if necessary
- Deal with maintenance problems through out the Tenancy
- Take meter readings and inform all utility companies
- Refund deposit on expiry of Tenancy less any deductions for dilapidations
